Natural Bridge Caverns- San Antonio

Today Srinu and I met one of our good friend's Mr.& Mrs Goutham in San Antonio. As it was a short trip we didn't plan much ahead of time. After a long way of discussion our group decided to have a brunch at Sarovar Indian Restaurant, Oh boy the food over there was authentic and really love it.

The we started our way to visit the San Antonio wild life ranch and the near by Natural Caves of San Antonio. We drove our car through a small gate and were surprised to see much of the wild life wandering over there. I like the funny way that we fed the animals . Anisha and I were laughing when Gowtham and Srinu were scared when the animals were approaching near us. I like the way an Ostrich approached our car and it picked the feed.

Next we went to Natural Bridge caverns here in San Antonio. The name of the cave comes from the natural stone bridge, all that is left of a huge collapsed room that now forms the entrance. I have been to Burrah Caves in India and I felt that this cave seams to be more impressive.

Quote of the day!!!

Ideals are like stars; you will not succeed in touching them with your hands. But like the
seafaring man on the desert of waters, you choose them as your guides, and following them you will reach your destiny.

Carl Schurz (1829-1906)

Erg Chebbi, the sole Saharan erg In Morocco. An erg is a large, relatively flat area of desert covered with wind-swept sand with little to no vegetation cover.

On the big day...

I was waiting all these days for one big day to come true. All of a sudden it came in on December the 9th.

The day before the big event was filled with a hectic schedule list of birthday festivities (Dinesh ,J.K) the anxiety regarding the big day was still in the air .

I woke up early in the morning at 10am and started getting ready for my grad walk. Finally the time came on and I was little bit anxious . Every thing went good and all the chains were loosened. After the big event we had an awesome photo session. I started rejoicing the sweet memories I had ,even though I was emotionally strong, the small feeling that I am going to miss all my friends kept stinging me inside.

I would like to extend a wholehearted "thanks" to all my best buddies and friends who supported me back in my failures and achievements.

MADONNA'S NEW BABY

I don't understand the controversy over Madonna's adoption of a malawian orphan. Shouldn't it be taken as a sign of generosity and love? I think the media are to blame for all the accusations of impropriety. Doing something that may be seen as trendy is not always bad thing. Madonna's action will hopefully encourage others to adopt orphan child who might otherwise have very grim lives.
